You nees to first complete graduation with Minimum 50%aggregate marks and appear for CAt exam with atleast 85 to 90 Percentile as minimum to receive call from IIM A, B and C.

     There's nothing criteria for 10 & 12th marks. They should give to credit according to your academic performance. Also it varies upon colleges. There has different criteria of weightage for the IIM'S.
