Your marks are fairly average and to get a call from IIM abc you need percentile over 99.5 and that too wont gurantee a call. 

But since you are from Bcom and st xavier you have a good chance in new IIMs and other bschools such as MDI

You are in class 10th so it's very important that you should also focus on you 10th studies.claas 10th helps you in basic concepts .basics are very important .

1) learn deeply ,do not mug up the thing.

2)start your learning deeply from the basics.

I think yes it will creat a problem in future where both your adhar card and your 10th certificate is will be required than it may creat a problem.

So its advisable to change name in one of the document which is right to avoid any future problem.
