No, you can not appear for NEET after 10th. To appear in NEET it is very important that you qualify all the eligibility criterias.
In the eligibility criteria, it's clearly stated that a student should have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. So, you will have to wait for 2 years.
You can prepare more in these years
