If you are interested in studying Aeronautical Engineering after 10th you have two options, the first one is complete +2 with PCM appears for entrance examination conducted by CBSE i.e JEE MAIN ; the second option is persue diploma

IIM-A is number 1 B-school in India . And I must tell you that it gives points for class 10,12 and graduation marks .

So, even if you get 99 percentile , You can't assure yourself of a seat in IIM -A.

In order to take admission in IIMs, the students must clear, 

1) common admission test (CAT) 

2) Written ability test ( WAT) And personal interview (PI) 

Most IIMs take admission on the basis of CAT and PI. The cut off percentile differs from IIM to IIM.
