You need to contact the authority regarding the same. During document verification you will be asked for a proof if failed to provide one, you will be considered under the general category.

No, you are eligible for 15% seat only.

Since you are not passed 12th from UP so you will be treated as non home state students.

Well as already stated in the previous answer that IIMs take students on the basis of CAT  scores, a fact cannot be ignored that your past academic records do matter for your WAT-PI-GD shortlist. Not only this, if you happen to make to a premium B-School, companies during recruitment
