Since you have uploaded wrong answersheet of 10th instead of 12th board so i think that nothing can be happend if there is no option of edit. So you can only contact the college regarding this and do the same as they says.

Which stream you are in? Please mention it.
As for now, in medical stream, you can go for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSc, BPT etc.
In engineering, b.tech or b. Arch or BSc again are the options.
Other options are graduation.
It would be nice if you mention your stream. I
