I suppose your 12th marksheet name is wrongly printed, with Dayal as your middle name but its your first name. 

I dont think so that there will be not be any issue while document verification, but it also depends upon the person who is verifying your documents. So

yes you are eligible for that 854% qouta seat in gujrat , because you have shifted there because of study only , as you belong to surat ony. so need not to worry .all the ebst have agreat future ahead.

As you have completed your Class 10th from CBSE, I would recommend you do your +2 from CBSE as well. I don't see a reason why yo wold want to change your board. 

CBSE is the central board, so there are lesser chances of facing any problems during admissions

as per previous years bc cutoff goes for bcece was upto 4800 so as per my knowledge your cutoff is quite good so you have chances of getting into a good agriculture college you shoud apply for it 

there are chances that you will get seat in bsc in cs and may be you will get your name registered in third counseling for sure. all the best have a great future ahead.
