Yes you are eligible However you must be Indian National and must have minimum 60%aggregate marks in PCB category in 12th and also must have English language mandatory for AIIMS .

As per NEET eligibility you should not be more than 25 Years as a General Category & 30 Years as a reserved category and you should have minimum 50% PCB aggregate score in class 12th as General & 40% as a reserved category. If you meet the requirement then you
