I have passed my hsc with 49.9% in pcb in 2014 And in 2019 i want to give improvement exam to score 50% Can i ??or aft that m i elg 4 neet.

As per NEET eligibility you should not be more than 25 Years as a General Category & 30 Years as a reserved category and you should have minimum 50% PCB aggregate score in class 12th as General & 40% as a reserved category.
