If the government exam you wish to apply for , has an eligibility criteria of graduation then one who has done distance mode graduation is also eligible for the same . So ,yes , you will be eligible to apply.

The only option that remains with you is to apply for LPUNEST and qualify the test to get admission in LPU. Admission to any other college is not possible.
