MY Father's name on all my documents is S MICHAEL PAUL DIRAVIAM . But in My TC and 10th 12th and BE its given as S M Paul Diraviam.

Fathers name on the 10th and 12th class certificate and other documents like license,adhar card shoudl be same ,if in case its different in other minor documents its not an issue.Writing the initial in short form would not make any difference,its alright the way it is.
