Starting this academic year, class IX students will not have internal examinations for languages and social sciences. Similarly, class XI students will have a new paper pattern for chemistry, physics, biology and maths. The pattern has been changed so that students fare better in entrance exams like NEET

12th board marks don't matter in admissions. Considering you have got 60 marks in MHTCET; it is pretty unlikely that you will get admission in VIT, Pune. It is very difficult to get admission with these marks. You can check the following link to get rough idea about cutoffs.

You have decent chances of getting Aeronautical Enginnering in MIT Chennai, moreover if you are focusing on getting into MIT, Chennai, you can get Automobile Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering.
