Sir, I passed my 10th in 2013. But I took (and passed) my 12th in 2016 as a regular candidate (CBSE). Am I eligible to appear for NEET 2018?

Yes you are eligible to give neet exam as there is no criteria specifying a break between secondary and higher senior secondary as long as you pass in you HSC exams
