As you have completed your 10th from open school and 12the from bihar state board. Then this won't be any hurdle for you.
You can still go for IIT.
No problem there.

Well, to be honest I haven't heard of any colleges or universities accepting the JEE Mains score after the counselling has happened for that particular year.
So you have to prepare again for the entrance exam and secure good score such that you will be able to get good rank

You will have to enroll with ICAI after your class 12 and pass CPT exam.

After that you will be eligible for IPCC exam and after qualifying it you will undergo Articleship Training under practicing CA.

Final exam is the last exam in which you can appear after Articleship training.
