There is no answer to your question. You are only raising this question because you have less percentage in 12th standard. Generally for MBA admission b-schools look for consistency throughout your academic career. That's why they give weightage to all the academic records in selection.

All exams have their own eligibility criteria so please tell which one you are asking for or in case you are talking about the UG level entrance like B.Tech, BBA,BA,B.Com etc then only 12th appearing or pass out student are eligible to sit.

As per previous year information, there will be no issue as you are eligible to sit in JIPMER 2019 exam but this rule may or may not be changing in next year.
