No, you cannot apply for this post as minimum qualification is 12th so I would suggest you to complete your school first with required percentage (45%) so that you can apply for this post.

How to join Airforce ,army ,Navy in 10th appearing?

The minimum qualification should be 12th pass as you cannot join Airforce, Army and Navy after 10th. So I would suggest you to focus on your 12th first and once you clear it with decent score then try for the same.
