Yes,Income certificate is an important document that will came into roles in filling many kinds of form like IIT , NIT and other counselling and admission forms.

You have to show your income certificate when you go for a loan from any bank and other government forms .

My question is why do you want to back two years? If you have got lesser percentage in Class 12th, you still have an option of giving an improvement examination conducted by CBSE next year(assuming that you are talking about CBSE Boards). If you have cleared your 12th Boards

Hello,

The basic eligibility criteria for NEET entrance examination is that you must have passed 12th board's it you are appearing for 12th that year in which you are applying for NEET. So, therefore to be eligible for NEET entrance exam you must have to pass your 12th exam.
