Dear Rahul, I suggest you finished 12th chemistry first from Ncert because chemistry is more scoring than physics and maths. After that, you can start from easier of maths like matrix, functions, continuity,3D geometry etc
Focus on more practice rather than more reading please go through previous year question papers.

Till 2014 it was possible to switch schools after 11 or inbetween 11th.
but after that this facility has been closed.
so now you can not change your school.
but I suggest you to meet once to the regional board officer.
