No you cannot appear in jee in class 11th . The eligibility criteria to appear in jee is 10+2 with pcm .

According to your date of birth (26-06-2003) by the end of the year 2020, you are going to be 17 years old.

So, Yes, You can definitely sit for NEET 2020 as per the NTA guidelines You have to complete 17 years of age on or before 31
