Class 11 Biology. Because the number of chapters are greater. Moreover the part of 11 contains Human Physiology which comes under Zoology. Although it is hard to do the marks division between 11 and 12, i would say its a 70% and 30% division.

Most of the question in biology comes from botany part mostly so study it well ( BTW which is mostly in the class 11 part) so you know what to do....best of luck
