To appear in CLAT, it does not matter from which stream you are. You just need to qualify class 12th with 45% marks in their qualifying degree. Candidates belonging from SC and ST categories need to score at least 40 percent marks in the aggregate of subjects. For

• Try to complete the entire Mains syllabus of Class 11 till February and after that give enough time for yourself to practice enough sample paper and previous year paper of JEE Mains.
• Try to give proper and equal timing to each and every subject

There is no official Statement regarding Age limit on CBSE Website. So, yes you can apply for 12th Class. It basically depends on the school & its admission procedure.
