There is no college that give admission on the basis of 11 th class. So I can not tell you the cutoff of 11th class. And if you are asking about passing marks then it depends on school to school but mostly tha passing marks are 33 percentage in every subject.

No, you cannot appear for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research exam(ICAR), until you complete your class 12 from CBSE, or any equivalent from a recognized Indian board or University.

If you fall under general, OBC,UPS categories, then you should get atleast 50% aggregate marks in 12th.

If you fall under SC,ST,PC categories, then you should get atleast 40% aggregate marks in your 12th.

If you're planning for SSC CGL, there's no such issue going to be held in future. As per the SSC CGL guidelines, you only need to get eligible for the exam you can give the attempt in your last year of your graduation and after graduation.

The registration of class 12th board is gets completed in class 11th itself. So it's not possible to change the school from regular to dummy in class 12th . But you can do if suppose you failed in class 11th as some of the dummy schools admit students. But some of them will reject too.
