sure you can fill the forms for NEET, you have to just mention the subjects you choose in cass 12th, biology is must, there is no need to bother for the subjects that were in your class 11th,

No dear if you are reading for NEET, you have to do class 11th also. There's nothing as only class 12th syllabus.

11th class mars are not counted for neet.
you just need to get 60% marks(general category) in 12th board examination to be eligible for neet.
