NO it is not necessary to have IT subject only to apply for C.S for b.tech,
but sometimes they may ask you about your vocational subject ,
so if you can keep I.T as a subject do keep it.

You can take any stream in 11th and 12th but in college, you have to move towards the fashion industry as you to work in the Textile industry. So during your college, you need to appear for NIFT, FDDI etc. and now you can opt for any stream
