You can definitely give the jee mains as per your wish. There is no problem as such if you complete your 11th aftr one year. Go for jee when you pass 10+2 and score well.

You completed your 10th in 2013 and 11th in 2017. So you have a gap of 3 years. I think you will not find any problem at the time of giving any competetive examination like JEE and NEET also you will find no problem if you are going
