See u have to apply for private institutions for pusuing ur btech career through the entrance exams as they don't much need ur 12th marks as the only marks they considered is the entrance marks. If u got somewhat less score then u will have to go for

Your class 12th percentage is good and you can get admission in regular college of DU as well. But since you're doing CA, I suppose you want to complete your undergraduation through correspondence. If that's the case, SOL(School of Open Learning) is a good option as you can
