Hello, as you did not mention about the college so we can't say but mostly college does not includes hostel fee in their tuition fee. If 8.90 is their tuition fee for the course then most probably they doesn't included hostel fees. For any query you can refer to various

Whether you have to appear for entrance exam or not, depends on the admission criteria of that college.
In most Government colleges, you have to appear for Entrance exam and clear it.
While amission in most Private colleges, the basic criteria is 50-60% aggregate in 12th Exam.

The Eligibility criteria of DUJAT is to get atleast 60 percent or above with compulsory subjects Maths and English and the other two subject of your stream approved under DU University in your 12th Standards.
So its compulsory to have maths in 12th standard to appear for DUJAT.
