Hello,Yes you are eligible as minimum aggregate for 10+2 is 55%. to take an admission you have to get a rank above than 1000 as the seats available are in 1200 odd numbers.

For taking test 5 you need to have cleared 12th vocational enginnering stream from CBSE or you should have passed it's equivalent with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
OR
You should have passed class 10th of it's equivalent with 2 years of ITI enginnering with minimum 60% marks
