    Hello Sayam Kumar,
    I am sorry to tell you that it would be quite hard for you to get into NIT Delhi even with a percentile of 89.82 and 11400 rank with 89% in boards through home state quota until and unless you belong to SC/ST .
    Don't let your hopes down and all the best for your future endeavors .
