You have scored good marks and it totally depends on you because if you belong to pure science category then you should opt for physics, chemistry, and maths and if you belong to biology you can go for biology honours subject.

Yes, you can.

In your best 4 score, one core language has to be there. And you have Hindi. So, you can use that.

Don't worry, you will get admission in Political Science if you clear the cutoff. English marks is not mandatory. Good luck!
