Sorry but your percentile is low to get admission in DTU for BBA but if you have home state quota then there might be some chances for you as 85% seats are reserved for home state quota students. You can do the registration at the college after that a merit

Yes, you can.
Can you clarify which category or reservation you belong to?
If you are General/OBC, it will be very difficult for you to land a course and college of your own though you will eventually get into a South Campus College, by the 4th/5th cut off.
