So the exam pattern for both of these exams is as expected quite different.
TISS-BAT has two parts:
Part A which is a 60 minutes long MCQ-based test with questions based on social awareness, current affairs and analytical reasoning
Part B is a descriptive English language paper
Hi Ujjwal, MBBS requires the basic study of biology in the school level. So a scienece stream without biology as subject does not permit you to do mbbs. The eligiblity criteria itself demands a minimum score of 50% in Physics, Maths, Chemistry and Biology.

No, you cannot give CAT exam immediately after 12 because you are not eligible clearly.
The eligibility criteria for entering into CAT exam is specified below;
Hold bachelor's degree with no less than 50% or equal CGPA ( 45% for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Person With Disability/ Differently
