If a college is affiliated to some state gov Universities then you have to get atleast 50% of 12th score.

Hello.

A pass in 10+2 with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics or Diploma inEngineering having a minimum aggregate of 50% in PCM. A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent in academic stream having a minimum total aggregate of 55%.

Then you are eligible for BTech.

Yes, you are eligible. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent level exam with science stream in 2018 or 2019 are eligible to apply for admissions.
