NIFT offers admission in two types of courses- Bachelors in Design (B.DES) or Bachelors in Fashion Technology( B.F. Tech- Apparel production ).
To be eligible for B. Des course you need to pass your 12th class or

Hey, do not worry. dropping a year is not a huge thing and is definitely not going to ruin your life. Yes, you can get admission in abroad even though you have dropped a year. You will have to give various exams based on the place you wanna go to
