If you want to reappear and pass class 12 th again, you have to reapply for the exam through your previous school of any school which has the board you want to give your exam from. If you want you may also attend classes in that particular school

First ask yourself is this even possible? have you not looked into the eligibility criteria and exam pattern and syllabus????

One can't exactly say what is going to happen but any exams counselling happens after the decalration of class 12  result.

If you are studying your 12th from NIOS, your option should be NIOS. If that option is not there, you should select 'Others'. You cannot select CBSE. Now the whole registration process for AIIMS is closed and you cannot make any more changes to your application.
