there is no entrance exam for admission in delhi university in English honours. The admissions are on the basis of class 12th percentage in top 4 subjects. The application forms will be released in april or may and you can fill it then. But you need not give entrance

Well you should try for CPT exam for CA, and if you are interested in management field  then you can choose any college for bba for graduation then for mba,  and there as as well a bca course  ,basically bca is for everyone it's a programming language

if you have bihar residence certificate than you can get state quota seat. for any state quota seat you must have that state residence certificate this is the eligibility to get this quota. if you fulfil this eligibility than you will get bihar quota certificate in the neet examination.
