This is because,

One has a total of two attempts for JEE advanced over two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination i. e as per , eligibility criteria one

• Class 12th board marks are not considered in NEET, but for applying NEET you need to secure minimum  50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. For General category it is 50%, for PWD it is 45% and for OBC,SC,ST it is 40%.
• For PG or USMLE also 12th

Sorry dear,it can't be possible. You are completed already your 12th class in PCM subjects in 2019.. right now if you want to give another board examination in PCB it can't happen in Bihar board because may be you were passed in all subjects.

See if you have to appear for class 12th compartment examination the let me tell you that schedule for compartment exams is declared separately and it has nothing to do with the main examination schedule of class 12th so even if class 12th board examinations would be cancelled
