Yes, you can get admission in Delhi university with 88% marks in your 10+2. There are several colleges offering courses like vocational studies, philosophy honours, sanskrit honours, french honours, Spanish honours etc. S ome colleges may also provide B.com pass with this percentage.
Please specify what type of courses you are interested in to know in detail about the admission.
Apart from these you can appear for entrance test like DU JAT, DUET to get admission in courses like B.EL.ED, BMS, BBE, BFIA, BJMC etc.

As you mentioned that you have completed your 12th class in 2020 and wish to apply for NEET as a dropper , then you can apply under NEET 02 code which state that , " For instance, a candidate has passed the qualifying examination from CBSE/ISCE or any state board in the year 2018, but wish to appear for NEET 2021 (dropper), he/she can apply for the exam with Code 2. "

Sorry dear,it can't be possible. You are completed already your 12th class in PCM subjects in 2019.. right now if you want to give another board examination in PCB it can't happen in Bihar board because may be you were passed in all subjects.

See if you have to appear for class 12th compartment examination the let me tell you that schedule for compartment exams is declared separately and it has nothing to do with the main examination schedule of class 12th so even if class 12th board examinations would be cancelled by CBSE then also compartment exams can be conducted and in the case the situation due to COVID-19 does not comes under control then some alternative can chosen by CBSE but as of now we can only wait for any announcements from either CBSE or other responsible authorities. For class 12th board exams new datesheet is expected in the first week of July 2021. So right now this it is not possible to predict whether the examinations of class 12th or compartment will get cancelled or not.

No, There are no internal marking system in GSEB for 12th board exam.
Only the makes of Practical exams which are conducted in your school before your board exams will be included in the final result marking.

There are no notifications till now. But I think that it will be the reduced syllabus covid-19.
