There are many type of degrees under clinical research such as Bsc, MSc, PhD, etc. But the course you mentioned for the duration of 6 months is a certificate program namely : Certificate Course in Clinical Research. The minimum duration for this course is 3 months and maximum duration is 6 months. The fee for the course ranges between 15k to 30k. And as per the eligibility criteria : At least 50 % total marks in 10+2 level exam with a science background.

Because you already know that Science has no limits and there are many issues in this world to take care of. But yes there are some eligibility criteria for going as a clinical researcher.

To work under this field, you must acquire atleast one Master's degree in science or medicine, with some positions requiring a PhD and relevant specialist experience. Skills like critical thinking, decision making, problem solving and along with excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills.

Clinical reaserches are divided into four trials involving drug trials. Each phase is called a separate clinical trial. Phase 4 is for post approval studies.
