To work under this field, you must acquire atleast one Master's degree in science or medicine, with some positions requiring a PhD and relevant specialist experience. Clinical reaserches are divided into four trials involving drug trials. Each phase is called a separate clinical trial. Phase 4 is for post approval studies.
