There is a total of only 60 seats for the Integrated Msc courses in Maths, Physics, Chemistry & Statistics which was just started an year ago and preference is given for candidates with KVPY. 

The last rank admitted for integrated MSc Photonics in 2017 was 1380 for general category. So the cutoffs for remaining courses would be close . If you can avail reservation,  then you may get admission in the second or third allotment but it also  depends on the score of other candidates applying.  All together it's a bit tough with a rank of 1612 . But don't lose hope .

You have score 1723 rank i cusat rank and if you in geneal catergory it is difficult to get  a seat in computer science engineering in the main campus  as the last rank was 1030 and no of seats is 60. Well at this rank that you scored in this entrance examination is very low their is no chance for you to get admission in any college under this entrance examination.
