Unfortunately, there is a very low possibility for your admission into an integrated MSc. course under CUSAT CAT 2019 examination as the cutoff rank for Integrated MSc course usually goes up to 1685 for General Candidates, 2583 for ETB candidates and 3222 for MSM candidates under counseling.

 Every year cutoff changes and it depends on the quesions difficulty level, number of participants , seat matrix etc.
However every stream of engineering has different cutoff and closing rank, you have not mentioned in which stream of engineering you want to study.

Firstly I congratulate you on securing the rank of 5522 in CUSAT CAT 2019 and now to answer your question, there are some colleges which you can consider for admission in undergraduate engineering course under CUSAT CAT 2019 in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering but do be informed that the chances are low as you are a non-Keralite and also because your rank is in the borderline of the cutoff ranks for admission in ECE department. The college you can consider is Cochin University College of Engineering, Kuttanad. Also be informed that you have better chances of admission in other departments such as Information Technology or Civil Engineering, etc.

According to your rank you might be eligible for Information and communication branch but still it is difficult to get admission because of your rank. You can try other colleges also. But you have to face difficulties in getting admission in the good branches and colleges. Though do not get disappointed there is a hope and go for your good future.
