The interview results usually they give you by mail you've provided. It has been 10 days already wait for few more days. They'll mail you, if they won't mail in 1 month the possibility of getting accepted are less. You must look for another job, don't wait more than a month.

Hope you are doing good. Cognizant for genc generally takes 2 interview for the role after passing a exam or through digital nurture process. The technical round is generally a long process in your case which is 37 min. The entire process is completed through superset portal keep an eye in the superset portal the results will be reflected in the results section when they update. And the next concern they generally call candidates for hr interview after clearing the technical round.

In the interview of cognizant it's not necessary that for every participant they will ask the same type of questions . If you got through the interview you will definitely get the mail from the hr or if you are from the campus placement then you will get the list for the selected candidates.

There is no particular information about content writers retirement age in Cognizant. However according to a famous magazine forbes, the maximum age a candidate can work in Cognizant company is 55 years. For example if you are age is 30 then you can work only for 25 years more.

See there are no such deadlines about it. You can be informed in a week to a month depending on the directors desk and approval of the Cognizant. So atleast wait for 2 weeks and then you can ask through HR Mail about the results dates and hopefully they will inform you. But wait for sometime atleast 2 weeks.

Hope you are doing good. Cognizant generally takes interview in 2 steps one is the technical round which is a bit lengthy and the other one is he round . Student need to first clear the apptitude or coding exm to qualify for the technical round which is an elimination round and after that hr round where your are asked to show some of your documents . I think you cleaned the technical round ( hope for best) as they also reject in the he round as well.

If you work for the Cognizant there are no such influencing factor that will add demerits for your selection to IIM. SO you have nothing to worry about it. Keep on studying about the CAT examination and once you crack the examination with good ranks you will get admission no matter what. Also having some work experience can give you additional credit in the admission as well as in your professional life.
