Hope you are doing good. Cognizant is taking a lot of students this year for the role of genc genc Elevate genc next roles. They conduct exam which is an elimination round then 2 set of interview rounds firstly the technical round and he round. They generally reject from the technical round . But the chance of getting rejected in hr round is very less as it is only a document verification process. Good luck.

As you have approached a service based company like Cognizant and appeared for their gen c interview, it may take them few days or few months or few years  before they publish any results. You need to constantly check your emails for any updates. Meanwhile, you can also opt to try for some different companies.

If your ability was far enough for the role interviewer will select you . There no rule such has you should be able to give all answers to the question asked by the interviewer .

And also you were called for HR feedback it means your selection probability may be high

See in general the results are declared in 1 month past interview. SO you should wait for the remaining 15 days and you can call the reception of the cognizant and you can ask about the results, that way you can also get the details.

Now if you apply for GENC ELEVATE, then you can go for it and there are no issues about it and it doesn't mean that if you are not selected in Genc that doesn't necessarily mean that you will be rejected in Elevate. So don't be nervous and wait for some time and if you have your interview in some days then attempt the interview with full confidence.

As you have done Diploma after 12th then you need to show the 12th certificate. Now if you don't declare your 12th then it can happen but in that case you need to say lie to the board. So its your decision. But if you stated that you have passed 12th then you aren't eligible for it.

Now its a point you should consider based on your intelligence.

Same I am also completed 28 July for interview cognizant but results doesn't announced

Since your question is a bit unclear, So I assume what you are saying is that you had already attended HR interview of Cognizant on 28 July 2021 but haven't got any response from them. To that I would say just wait for some time, if you have provided them correct contact details, then they will let you know as soon as they make their decision. It takes a lot of time to decide whom they need to employ because they are going to select and pay only the suitable ones and that does need a time. But if you still have curiosity to know the results, then contact them through mails.
