For admission in master course need 10th certificate photocopy as a proof then you can also have your original certificat. And the digilocker certificate fully valid when it's use in online application. But you can ask once with your college authority first, if they are satisfied then you can use it. Otherwise you will take a snap and make it scan document of 10th certificate then send it.

You will be eligible for e w s category only if you fulfill given below criteria
-) you shouldn't be covered under the scheme of reservation for OBCs ,SCs and STs
-)your gross family annual income from all sources i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession, etc. must be less than 8 lakh rupees
-) irrespective of the annual family income one won't be eligible for ews reservation if his /her family owns
a) agricultural land of 5 acres and above
b) Residential area of 1000 sq ft. and above
c) Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities
d) Residential, plot of 200 sq. yards or above 200 sq. yards in the areas which are those other than the notified municipalities.

Admission in all the medical colleges is through Neet examination for MBBS etc and yes you will be eligible for almost all the medical college with your class 12th percentage if you are eligible for Neet examination with it but yes there are few exceptions where the class 12th percentage requirement is different to that of Neet.
For example,
We have AIIMS & AFMC where the 12th eligibility criteria percentage requirement is different to that of Neet to be eligible
AIIMS
Though MBBS entrance examination has been scrapped off and now admission is through Neet examination but percentage requirement in 12th to be eligible for Aiims is still the same .
As per Aiims eligibility criteria, to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must have got:-
* at least 60 % in aggregate of PCB and English in 12th examination if belongs to general /obc category
* at least 50% in aggregate of PCB and English if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
* at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB and English in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.
So, if you fulfill this criteria then you will be eligible for AIIMS otherwise not Also, * to be eligible for Aiims 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

SIMILARLY, AFMC eligibility criteria is provided below
As per eligibility criteria of AFMC to be eligible you should pass all the subjects in your class 12th in your first attempt with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must get at least 60% in aggregate of PCB i. e Physics, Chemistry and Biology and at least 50% marks in English and 50% marks individually in each of PCB , also should have studied and passed maths in the class 10th.
Also, You must be at least 17 years of age by 31st December of the year in which you application, for example if you are applying in 2021 then to be eligible you should be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021. Also, you must not be more than 24 years of age.

The application form for The Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) for B.Tech admission is expected to be released in May. Once the form is released it will be available online on the official website hstes.org.
The last date to fill the form will be in June, also the Release of merit list/rank list, Counselling and admission process is expected to be in June.

As per the information available, candidates need the EWS certificate issued after the 01.01.2021 by the competent authority to get admission in the session of 2021-22. Just to keep yourself on the safe side, I would suggest you to apply for new certificate so as to avoid any difficulty during admission.
