Do I have to separately fill out the forms of the colleges even after selecting them in the MAT MI list?

Yes,you have to apply for each college separately after MAT exam.Each college set the cut-off for MAT exam and it varies according to the college.After publication of results,you can check the cut-off  and apply to college which meets your cut-off.The application fees varies for each college.
