colleges
Hello Aspirant,
According to the category and rank mentioned by you in the question you have very low or almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs because the closing SC ranks for IITs were around 2500-3200 and you are very far from the figure so you can hardly get any IIT with any of the branches.
But don't get disappointed because if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. but the previous cut off of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly
for the college preferences and to know which colleges participate in the JOSAA counselling, please go to the below mentioned link:

Hello aspirant,
According to previous year cutoffs trend there are less chances for you to get seat in private dental colleges in your category. However cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling. But still you can try for some private dental colleges in Bangalore and other cities of your state:
Also according to your score you can try for BAMS colleges, BHMS and BVSc college in your state. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool:

Hope you get some clarification.
MH-CET ( Maharashtra Common Entrance Test ) is conducted for admission into various courses such as medical, engineering and agriculture courses, law, managemnet and MCA Courses. There are separate exams for separate courses. MHT-CET is considered for medical, engineering and agriculture courses.
Defense Quota:
For MHT CET, 5% of total seats subject to a maximum of 5 seats each in Dental/ Ayurved ,Unani Colleges, Government/Municipal Corporation /Government Aided Medical and some allied Health Science courses are reserved for children of Defence Service Personnel and Ex-Defence personnel including the ones killed or permanently disabled in action.
AS you have not mentioned your category so considering you as a general category, with 200 marks you cannot get top government colleges. Here are some of the colleges in which you can get seat in Rajasthan:
To predict your rank you can click on the link given below:

I hope this helps!
All the best.
As you didn't mention your state so I'll answer according to your profile which shows you belong to Karnataka. As per the previous year cutoffs, at your score it will be difficult to get admission in government college for BAMS in general category. But you can try for private BAMS colleges in Karnataka:
But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam and more.
