Hey,
Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the number of seats available and the performance of the students.
Having said that, based on previous year data with 582 marks you may get a rank between 30391-36057. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor
Last year the cut off of government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh under EWS category through state quota was a rank of 16979. In 2020, this corresponded to 606 marks while in 2019 this corresponded to marks between 570-561. So based on this you may or may not get government colleges in Uttar Pradesh. But you can surely get management quota seats in private medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh. Magistrate of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala will deliver the NEET Cutoff 2021 Kerala after the finishing of the advising meeting. NEET 2021 Cutoff Kerala is the last position got by a hopeful based on which he/she was allowed admission to clinical and dental universities. Kerala MBBS cutoff 2021 will be distributed for 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota seats, exclusively.
You have got 160 marks in neet exam and belong to obc category. With the mentioned marks your rank will be in between the range of 682106 to 757256 rank. With this marks it difficult to predict your kerala obc rank as it depends on many factors like no of students appeared in the exam, no of seats available, difficulty of the exam. With this rank it is difficult to get a private mbbs college in kerala it is better to try a deemed mbbs college with your marks.

Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
With marks you have scored in the NEET 2021 Examination, it would be very difficult for you to get admission in the government colleges in Kerala as according to previous year data, last candidate to get admission in Medical College in Kerala was at rank 9645 in PK Das Institute of Medical Sciences, Ottapalam.
