Hello
You can take admission in CBIT and VASAVI college through Jee Mains. As these colleges accept the Jee main rank but JNTU don't give admission on the basis of Jee rank.
At the time of counselling, you have the option of selecting this college. And on the basis of you JEE rank branch will be allotted.
Hello aspirant,

However, you should aim to score 450+ marks in the NEET exam for admission to best private medical colleges.
Then you have to appear for NEET counselling and marked your seat.
Some top private medical colleges in India were;
=> Christian Medical College, Vellore
=> Kasturba Medical College, Mangaluru
=> St Johns Medical College, Bangalore
=> Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Lucknow

With your rank and category it is difficult to get into any national and government aided colleges through JoSAA. I would suggest you to look for other state wise engineering entrance exams and other state level counselling that consider JEE Mains score. Some good colleges I would recommend are:
JAC Delhi Counselling
JAC Chandigarh Counselling
Dr. S.S. Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh
University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh
