Yes. There is a month gap of approx 3 months and eligibility criteria is almost the same so you can apply for both.

Difficulty will be preparation as you will be required to balance and cover syllabus for both.

The application form of CDS 2 2019 has been released by UPSC on June 12, 2019. You can fill the application form from June 12 to July 8, 2019 in online mode. Make sure you meet all the eligibility standards determined by the examination authority before you start filling
