You still have time to clear CDS OTA examination. According to the rules the candidate should be between the age of 19 and 25 so , you still have attempts left.

UPSC conducts CDS examination and UPSC allows its candidates to give the examination by doing single sitting graduation. The exam just requires a bachelors degree and age criteria.
So yes , one sitting degree is eligible for CDS examination.
